Glass: chilled martini glass

Ingredients:
60ml Beckett’s gin from the freezer
20ml dry vermouth

Method: add ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Stir. Strain into glass.

Garnish: one green pitted olive or twist of lemon zest as preferred.
