Glass: old-fashioned or tumbler

Method: Fill glass with crushed ice. Add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to the glass and stir. Drizzle the raspberry liqueur over the ice for a marbling effect.

Ingredients:
50ml Beckett’s London Dry Gin
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Raspberry Liqueur

Garnish: a few raspberries
