Glass: chilled Pall Mall glass

Ingredients:
60ml frozen Beckett’s gin
atomised fresh mint and Belsazar dry vermouth
10ml salted olive brine
3 drops of pine bitters

Method: add naked Beckett’s gin, olive brine and pine bitters to glass. Spray glass with atomised fresh mint and Belsazar dry vermouth

Garnish: serve with miccio sicilian olives
