Glass: coupette glass
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass.
Ingredients:
50ml British beetroot infused Beckett’s gin
50ml homemade lime cordial
25ml beetroot juice
Garnish: serve with a sprig of rosemary
