Glass: chilled martini glass
Ingredients:
50ml Beckett’s gin
15ml passion fruit puree
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
2 squeezes of fresh lime
1 egg white
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake. Add cubed ice to shaker. Wet shake. Taste and adjust. Double strain into glass.
Garnish: drizzle 5ml of grenadine into the top of the cocktail.
