Glass: coupe glass

Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass.

Ingredients:
25ml Beckett’s London Dry Gin
25ml Strawberry Liqueur
25ml fresh single cream

Garnish: a strawberry on the rim of the glass
