Glass: chilled coupette glass
Ingredients:
50ml Beckett’s gin
2 dashes of rhubarb bitters
1 barspoon of lime jam
1 mint leaf
10ml lime juice
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake to emulsify the jam. Add cubed ice to shaker. Wet shake. Double strain into glass.
Garnish: lime wheel
