Glass: hi-ball glass
Ingredients:
25ml Beckett’s sloe gin
25ml Cynar bitter liqueur
25ml beetroot & lemongrass cordial
10ml lemon juice
Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water
Method: All ingredients (excluding tonic water) shaken and strained into a hi-ball filled with cubed ice. Top with the tonic water.
Garnish: fresh cress
