Glass: old fashioned rock glass

Ingredients:
50ml Beckett's London dry gin
25ml lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
3 blackberries
3 raspberries
hand full of coriander
splash of soda

Method: add all ingredients except the soda water to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Add a splash of soda water. 

Garnish: sprig of coriander, 1 blackberry, 1 raspberry and a slice of dry orange
