Glass: chilled Martini glass
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass.
Ingredients:
37.5ml Beckett's London Dry Gin
25ml Cointreau
1 whole lime - freshly squeezed
3 fresh mint leaves
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Garnish: fresh mint
