The Lunar Sea Fizz



Glass: large wine glass

50ml Beckett’s gin
20ml Bitter Truth violet liqueur
20ml lemon juice
15ml vanilla syrup
4 fresh mint leaves
100ml crémant/prosecco/sparkling wine

Method: add first five ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake. Serve over crushed ice and add the crémant. 

Garnish: a sprig of mint and a lemon twist
