Glass: coupe glass
Ingredients:
40ml Beckett's London dry gin
10ml apricot juice
5ml raspberry infused Campari
60ml rose and hibiscus tea
25ml lemon juice
20ml elderflower cordial
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass.
Garnish: with a raspberry
