Glass: chilled martini glass

Ingredients:
50ml Beckett’s gin
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml sugar syrup
6 fresh mint leaves

Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass.

Garnish: fresh mint leaf
