Glass: a Collins or highball glass

Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass filled with ice.

Ingredients:
50ml Beckett’s London Dry Gin
50ml Apple Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
5 fresh Mint Leaves

Garnish: sprig of mint and a slice of apple
