To make our sloe gin we have steeped our classic Type 1097 London dry gin with the finest sloe berries. They perfectly complement the botanicals in our London dry, particularly the English juniper and our mint, to produce a beautiful sloe gin with a wonderfully rich cherry, almond and plum sweetness followed by a long, warm and fulfilling finish.
Our perfect serve could not be simpler, serve our sloe gin on its own or over ice.
However, if you prefer a longer drink then try our sloe gin with bitter lemon tonic and a slice of lemon or, for a little fire, with ginger ale and a slice of orange.
