Beckett’s Single Malt English Whisky

Our whisky is the first in the world to have matured in sloe gin casks. We have rested our malt spirit in American oak casks that we had used to store our classic sloe gin. The result is a wonderfully smooth single malt English whisky that is both sweet and fruity with a long honey finish.

Beckett’s Single Malt English Whisky is produced in small quantities, stored in 200 litre American oak casks and bottled by the cask at 46.8%. I will be bottling and releasing it one cask at a time so there will be only 300 or so bottles per bottling. Each bottle will have a unique number and indicate which cask it is from i.e. CASK NO. 1, then CASK NO. 2, CASK NO. 3, CASK NO. 4 etc.. I’ll aim to bottle a cask every year, making each release a year older than the last.
