Imbibe Feature with Tasting Notes

Nov 06, 2014

Imbibe magazine wrote an excellent article on Beckett's London Dry Gin this month. It has some very elegant and astute tasting notes on our spirit which we'd lie to share with you, hopefully the guys at Imbibe won't mind:

"So it's no surprise that juniper is a dominant one, on both nose and palate, along with Beckett's other signature botanical, mint. This manifests as peppermint oil on the nose, along with some generous citrus. There's also some sweet generosity on the palate, which is then lifted by a burst of fresh mint, juniper and lemon oil. This has plenty of character to hold its own in a Martini."

Well said.
