There is a very elegant article about Beckett's Gin in the latest edition of Imbibe magazine. Titled 'Quintessentially English' it explains how we developed our unique gin using, among other ingredients, English juniper berries picked from Box Hill in Surrey. It also describes how to make the perfect summer G&T using Beckett's, simply garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.
