Glass: old-fashioned rocks glass
Ingredients:
25ml Beckett’s gin
20ml The Collector vermouth
20ml Kamm & Sons aperitif
Method: build in the glass, just like a negroni. Add British gin (Beckett’s of course!), British vermouth and British aperitif, stir briefly with cubed ice to mix.
Garnish: orange peel
