Glass: cognac glass
Ingredients:
25ml Beckett's London dry gin
25ml Beckett's sloe gin
10ml Triple Sec
50ml pomegranate and mint tea
25ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
6 sage leaves
Method: add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake. Strain into glass with ice.
Garnish: some redcurrants, a few sage leaves and powdered with caster sugar
